Our story

When Arxera's founding team arrived at M Core in 2022 (back then we were the in house Data and AI team), the state of its data was typical of companies in the property industry. The simplest questions were almost impossible to answer because the data existed on disparate systems that that couldn't talk to each other and, even when the data was consolidated on spreadsheets (a hugely time consuming task), it was largely inaccurate or out of date. Key metrics like rent roll, arrears and yields were constantly reported with weeks of latency and the company had very low confidence in its own data.

Over the following months, we delivered the data warehouse that gave M Core real-time visibility for the first time. We automated workflows that eliminated whole categories of error, and delivered integrated systems that replaced years of fragmented tooling. Cash collection improved dramatically. Reporting lag was reduced from weeks to minutes. The data quality improved to virtually 100% accuracy.

In solving those problems, we'd also developed something more valuable than any single platform: a deep understanding of what it takes to transform a property business. Armed with this knowledge, the M Core Data and AI team spun out and became Arxera, a company born out of our successes working for a £6B, pan-European CRE portfolio. Our aim is to deliver the same transformative successes to the wider industry.
